Hair advice, cut, color? (pics included)?

Ok, so i’m tan with dark brown hair and brown eyes, and i’d love to go for a lighter hair color, but don’t want it so light that it will look weird with my skin color… Any suggestions? I really love Gisele bundchen’s and Bar Refaeli’s hair, but what do you guys think? Below is a picture of me…please let me know what what you think would look good. I also haven’t had my hair cut in a while, so haircut ideas would be great too. Thanks and ten points for top answer!
